THE SOLWAY FIRTH SPACEMAN

The Solway Firth Spaceman photographed by Jim Templeton in 1964.

There has been many attempts to debunk this image and some make perfect logical sense like for instance this is the back of Jim Templetons wife caught in some type of camera focus white out?

The arm on the hip is just as though someone is stood facing away from the camera with hand on hip look at the elbow, I actually believed this theory to be correct so i set about proving that indeed this spaceman was in fact  the back of Annie Templetons head through the use of  my various image enhancing techniques.

So it began 72 hours of enhancing the image just to prove the theory it was Annie Templeton caught in a camera whiteout unfortunately i failed in my mission to prove this theory correct what i found instead shocked me to the core?.

So as you can see from these images we have some type of humanoid in a type of space suit with a helmet and visor?

The visor is reacting to the sunlight hence the dark patch on the right handside of the helmet in the original image in the inverted image it shows up as that bright patch on the right of the helmet.  I'm a paragraph. This image on the left the red glow is actually the dark patch in the original image this orange glow is from the sun hitting this visor on this helmet. Like i said i set out to debunk this as Jim Templetons wife etc if thats the back of a womans head then i need my eyes testing? because that clearly now looks like a motorbike type helmet with a head in it half the face and head are covered by that bright patch which made it rather difficult to get the details of the face to come out on later enhancements.I'm a paragraph. So after about 24 hours i managed to get to this stage closer in on the helmet area this Green at the time was the best colour spectrum to view this object as i didn't know what it was that i was looking at  so in order to work out what i was looking at i subjected the images to different hue and colour changes inverts, brightness, contrast adjustments just so i can see pieces of the image that i wouldn't be able to see normally.

So as before in the image above the bright patch on the right and the head in the middle when i saw this image i knew i was looking at something not of this world my exitement grew as i uncovered an eye it was at this stage i thought to myself the crafty old buggers used an action figure and this had to be an action figure so off i went and searched through hundreds if not thousands of space related action figures from the 1950's up to 1964 when the image was taken, i couldn't find one single figure that remotely resembled the solway firth spacemans outfit or his face? From the image above i was able to get this able to get this image the more i cleaned up the image more details started to stand out like the circular object where the arrow is pointing and the one below it these never changed during the image processing which leads me to believe they are real and are part of the picture and not image anomolies .

Below is a gallery of what i managed to enhance from this image as i said before i think you will be as shocked as me?

I have had quite a few people contact me asking how is it possible to see behind the visor of the solway firth spacemans helmet?

Once you understand the science behind basic helmet visors ie the sun shines on the visor and the visor darkens and reacts to the light then it's just a simple process of finding the correct filters that can see through the reactive glass of the visor.

Below is an example i have chosen this image of the 2 astronauts because the helmets are reacting to the photographers lighting similar conditions to what is happening to the Solway Firth Spacemans helmet.I'm a paragraph. The image of the 2 space suits i have enhanced the one on the right as you can see in the larger image we can now see the Astro's features his nose mouth and chin i can even see the little mocrophone in front of his mouth that they use to communicate with. These images are of the Spacemans chest area and as you can see there is a round object with a light source in the centre of the round object and just above that is another circular object that shows up as a dark circle on inverting the image , i would just like to note that these 2 objects can be seen in the original images with the naked eye but only just it's not until we add filters etc to the image these objects show up?

The image above left is the Solway Firth Spacemans face the image above to the right is an alleged alien recovered from a crash site in Russia some time in the late 1990's an uncanny resemblence if you ask me.
